In the present moment there are only your thoughts,

and What Is (or your present reality).

Accept and bask in What Is.

Use your thoughts to forge your future.

~ Edward Phelps

There is a thought paradigm at work that prevents us from being truly loving. I call it the "That's not my problem" paradigm.

A fear is an unpleasant thought – attached to a belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat – which influences present choices and actions.

If we want to conquer our fears, it is important to know what a thought is. Thoughts are never real because they focus on one of two things, the past or the future, and reality only exists in the present.
